
Isade OPEN CLASSES

ISADE Open Yoga Classes are accessible to all levels, including beginners, and is a combination of dynamic flow coupled with longer holds to help connect with your body, your breathe and your self of sense.
The practice cleanses, stretches and strengthens the body as well as focuses and calms the mind. In my Isade-Yoga classes I also add core strengthening postures in every sequence. This is one of the most effective way to advance your asana practice.
Modifications and adjustments are offered so that beginners to intermediate students feel supported and challenged.
So all levels of practitioners are welcome to join Isade Yoga-Classes in an exploration of flowing movements.

Against tension and back problems. Roll-Yo exercises with strong effects.
Yo-Roll exercises are particularly gentle with great effect, the individual positions are held with relaxed muscles for a longer time. And the effect is terrific: The connective tissue undergoes a firming and revitalizing effect on almost all body functions.
The yoga positions with the foam roller are thus intensified thanks to a special self massage effect. All exercises are aligned in effective flow sequences: For the legs, the upper and lower back, for stress reduction and as a detox measure.
